As many of you can see i have just relaunched my site with a brand new design. What many of you may not know is what powers my site and some the features.

First off the obvious .

This site runs on Wordpress i tried making the switch to Tumblr, only to realize that wordpress is still the number one CmS for my needs.

Next Woo’s Blank Canvas.

Before woothemes released Canvas i had began my redesign using Therapy. A previous theme released by woothemes. So when i first laid my eyes on Canvas i was impressed with the features this theme came packed with. So i decided to switch over to canvas to complete my redesign. SInce i had a clear idea of what i wanted to do the transaction (Coding etc.etc.) was easy.

Header & Logo breakdown.

The header is what iam most impressed with. It took some time to get my header to look like i wanted ( 4 Redesigns ). Some of the features that my header has are: if you go take your mouse and go over — Bienvenu — you will see that it fades out. ( effect Limited to some browsers ). My header also includes links, almost every arrow will eventually lead somewhere. The only active arrow for now is Twitter, ( Go ahead click it )

Final Notes..

I think i have pretty much explained what i needed to. I have not tested this site on Internet Explore as i no longer care for it. As time progress i might incorporate more ideas into my site.

Welcome … It wasn’t long after completing and uploading my previous site design, that i felt unsatisfied with what i had done. So i went back to drawing board and thought of ways i could improve my site. It all led me to my decision of rebuilding my site from scratch. I wanted to go with something less complex compared to what i had done before, i did my research and agreed to go MINIMALISM.

My redesign process did take some time thanks to the real world always bringing something up and delaying the process. I know my visitors probably noticed, but in the end everything came out better than expected.
